A passionate professional

I am “sommelier” (expert of wine) graduated of the french Wines University of Suze-la-Rousse for 30 years. I’m the winner of the first price of the “tenth Paul Louis Meissonnier Competition” in 1999. I have been a “chief sommelier” at the famous restaurants in France and abroad during 18 years.

My international experience, 11 years of which was with the prestigious Relais & Châteaux ” L’Oustau de Baumanière ” in Les Baux de Provence has given me a real serious knowledge and important privileged contact with the winemakers and the wineries.
